JPoles Wireless, a community-driven sales and development firm expanding in San Diego, is seeking a Wireless Team Member who believes that good wireless service changes everything. Responsibilities of the Wireless Team Member
- Engage with customers in person to explain how Verizon mobile solutions deliver consistent performance for work, entertainment, and communication.
- Drive sales by showcasing the value of Verizon mobile solutions for families, professionals, and individuals.
- Assist clients in selecting the right Verizon mobile solutions plan to fit their usage habits and budget.
- Support sales goals by addressing customer concerns and reinforcing the advantages of Verizon mobile solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with Verizon’s mobile solutions by providing clear, actionable guidance on maximizing their service.
- Help achieve team sales objectives by delivering experiences that encourage referrals and ongoing loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing Wireless Team Member training designed to strengthen communication and customer engagement skills.
- Collaborate with fellow Wireless Team Member team members to support outreach efforts and positive experiences for customers.
Qualifications of the Wireless Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Shows initiative in identifying opportunities to boost individual sales performance.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills to remove barriers to successful sales.
- Exhibits enthusiasm that energizes customers during sales consultations.
