We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cranston location. This is a hands-on role for a leader who knows how to keep a retail environment running smoothly, from supporting the staff to ensuring our local customers have a great experience every time they walk through the door.
Managing the Team: You’ll lead the Cranston staff, which includes hiring, training new members, and handling the weekly scheduling and performance reviews.
Customer Relations: You’ll be the face of the store, ensuring high service standards and resolving any issues that come up with professionalism.
Inventory & Operations: You’ll monitor stock levels, order merchandise, and make sure the store remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety and company policies.
Business Reporting: You’ll review sales and inventory data to track how the store is performing and help us meet our targets for the Cranston community.
Retail Leadership: Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong Communication: You can give clear direction to a team and talk comfortably with customers.
Operational Skills: You’re organized and comfortable using data to manage inventory and understand sales trends.
Local Focus: You understand the Cranston market and are committed to maintaining a well-run, reliable store for our neighbors.
