A Day in the Life:
<ul>
<li>Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines for complex parts</li>
<li>Read and interpret detailed blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to ensure accurate production</li>
<li>Select tooling, calculate bend allowances, and optimize setups for quality and efficiency</li>
<li>Verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools</li>
<li>Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications</li>
<li>Stage materials and maintain accurate job documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and delivery goals</li>
<li>Train and mentor Level I and Level II operators</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>
</ul>
You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You:

<li>Have strong CNC press brake setup and operation experience in metal stamping</li>
<li>Can confidently read and interpret complex blueprints</li>

<li>Prioritize safety and consistency</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Advanced CNC press brake setup and operation skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Proven problem-solving ability</li>
<li>5+ years of metal fabrication or related manufacturing experience preferred; the more experience the better</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally</li>
<li>Visual acuity and manual dexterity for precision work</li>
</ul>
