We're a modern, fully digital orthodontic startup looking for a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. If you're kind, energetic, eager to learn, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you!
Position Details
- Part-Time: 3–4 days per week
- Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
- Located in the heart of Studio City, CA
What You'll Do
- Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays (training provided if needed)
- Educate patients about their orthodontic treatment and home care
- Help deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Sterilize instruments and assist with clinical organization
- Work closely with our front office team to create a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (as required in California)
- Orthodontic assisting experience is not required
- Invisalign experience is a plus, but not necessary
- We are happy to train and mentor the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
