Position: Automotive Detail Technician

Berkshire Auto Detail is a premium automotive detailing studio specializing in high-end vehicles, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and long-term vehicle care. - The Experienced Tech – already knows correction/coatings, can produce high-level results fast.

- The Strong Labor Guy – hardworking, thrives in physical jobs, perfect for wash/decon/prep flow.
- The Protégé – young, coachable, hungry to learn and grow into a future leader.
- The Help – reliable support, handling shop cleaning, stocking, towel management, and assisting senior techs.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license & clean record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/bend/lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
- No history of reckless driving, drug/alcohol abuse, or major attendance issues.
- Must be comfortable with tools, chemicals, and physical labor.
- Previous detailing experience preferred (not required for apprentice roles).

Responsibilities
- Perform detailing services (wash, decon, interior, exterior, correction, coating).
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow daily checklists for shop and mobile unit operations.
- Handle vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Communicate with management about issues, progress, or needs.
- Support the team (stocking, laundry, equipment checks, inventory counts).
