Behavior Therapist - BCBA Supervision

Phoenix Learning Center is seeking a dedicated BCBA supervisee to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals currently pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification and seeking high-quality supervision and hands-on clinical experience in a structured educational setting.
We are a specialized K–12 program serving students with autism, behavioral challenges, and diverse learning needs. Our team integrates Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), social-emotional learning, and individualized academic supports to help students achieve meaningful progress.
BCBA Supervision & Professional Growth
We provide qualified supervision toward BCBA certification, including:
- Supervision hours from an experienced BCBA
- Direct experience creating and implementing FBA's and BIP's
- Training in data collection, analysis, and skill acquisition programming
- Mentorship in ethical and effective ABA practice
- Opportunity for advancement into clinical roles
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
- Support student skill acquisition and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Intervention Specialists, and education staff
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Actively completing coursework towards BCBA/BCaBA certification
- Ability to work consistently and professionally with students
Preferred Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience in school, clinic, or behavioral support setting
