Responsibilities
- Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring guests have a clean and comfortable dining environment
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly using proper food handling procedures
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely service and ensuring all food service areas are well-organized
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience with bussing, cleaning, or basic food preparation is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting
