Experience the joy of developing close relationships with your client and their families, working in a small and rapidly expanding pediatric private practice. Immediate opening for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, starting as part time or full time. If you have the experience and desire, the opportunity to be hired as an OT lead would be considered, with additional pay.
You will focus on helping children gain the skills that they need to be successful and independent within the community, school, and at home. We have 2 gyms, a ton of materials to enhance motor skills, a small feeding clinic, and excellent collaboration with your speech and occupational co-workers! Goals will target strengthening the child's development of fine motor skills, social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensorimotor, and visual motor skills through play-based intervention. Caseload may also include school contracts.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Evaluation and development of therapy plans for children with occupational deficits
- Daily documentation and annual re-evaluation for office clients
- Ability to convey relevant information to other members of the treatment team and caregiver(s)
- Writing and implementation of IEP’s if involved with school contracts
- Supervision of COTA
Needed skills:
- previous experience in pediatric setting preferred
- Idaho OT license is required

Pay dependent on experience , $40.00 - $60.00 / hour. Part-time includes matching 401, bonuses, some CEU reimbursement, and an awesome work environment. We are open Monday - Thursday, 8:30-5:30, with optional 8:30-1:30 on Friday.
