Overview
We are hiring temporary Event Coordinators for FIFA match transportation operations.
This is an in-person position for a 1-day event. Each coordinator will be assigned to a passenger bus and will be responsible for assisting and organizing guests throughout the transportation process.
Responsibilities:
- Meet passengers at the hotel pickup location before departure
- Organize and coordinate groups of passengers
- Assist passengers boarding the bus to the stadium
- Maintain communication with drivers and the operations team
- Remain available at the stadium during the match
- Reunite passengers after the event and assist with boarding for return transportation
Requirements:
- Spanish speaking is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to manage groups of people in fast-paced environments
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer service or event experience is a plus
Temporary position with immediate hiring.
8-10 hour shifts per day
