Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas and maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and protect the rights of individuals
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and clients as needed
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management principles
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
