Role Description We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of construction projects from award through closeout. You'll work closely with public-sector owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple concurrent IDIQ/JOC projects across school district, municipal, college, and healthcare clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owner representatives and stakeholders
- Coordinate with estimating on JOC task order pricing and scope development
- Ensure compliance with public contract requirements, prevailing wage, and safety standards
- Lead project meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change order management
- Oversee site superintendents and field operations to maintain quality and schedule
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Demonstrated IDIQ and/or JOC contracting experience (required)
- Background managing projects for public-sector clients: K-12, higher ed, municipal, or healthcare
- PMP and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage owner relationships professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Pay: $92,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
