FOH Shift Manager
Jackson’s Corner is hiring a full-time FOH Shift Manager, with AM and/or PM opportunities available.
Jackson’s is a long-time Bend staple: a busy scratch kitchen and bakery built around high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, warm hospitality, and a dining room that feels clean, steady, and well run.
We’re looking for someone who can lead service in real time, support the team, and hold a high standard on the floor. This role takes awareness, follow-through, good judgment with guests, and the ability to give direct feedback when something is off.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the floor during service
- Direct staff on priorities, coverage, and service flow
- Act as the main FOH point of contact with BOH
- Stay connected to the guest experience and address issues as they come up
- Hold staff to policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout service
- Give immediate feedback and correction in real time
- Help manage labor and keep shifts in line with sales
What We’re Looking For
- Strong FOH experience in a busy restaurant
- Strong hospitality instincts and good judgment with guests
- You work and manage with your eyes up
- Comfortable leading a shift and making decisions in the moment
- Willing to give direct, immediate feedback when something is off
- Able to enforce policy and procedure instead of letting things slide
- Organized, observant, and steady under pressure
Schedule
- Full-time
- AM and PM opportunities
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
