Construction Worker - Foreman & Equipment Operator
JMR Construction is currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman and Equipment Operators with a Strong Work Ethic. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction knowledge and the ability to operate small to medium equipment used in site work.

Duties

Ability to operate various pieces of equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations

Regularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality

Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company and client safety procedures

Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Skill to operate equipment in close proximity to workers and underground utilities

Ability to think clearly no matter the stress or difficulty of your circumstances

Ability and commitment to working safety

Attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment

Physical Requirements

Bend and lift comfortably

Lift 50+ pounds

Sit for long periods while operating equipment

Ability to withstand physical labor in extreme weather conditions

Practice safety at all times including driving of company vehicles or use of equipment

Use PPE while on jobsite to include: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, high visibility vest, steel toe boots, pants, and gloves
Required

Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
