Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant is responsible for supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest service, shift execution, and brand standard compliance. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, with weekend first-shift and weekday second-shift availability required.
Qualifications:

Gas Station 2nd Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing evening operations, supporting staff performance, maintaining inventory, completing required paperwork, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day store functions. This role includes scheduling support, ordering, bank deposits, and general operational oversight. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth within the company.
Store Supervisor Responsibilities:
· Supervise sales associates, cashiers, stockers, and other team members during daily operations.
· Assist with store finances, reporting, and budget-related tasks.
· Maintain accurate records of expenses, sales activity, and employee performance.
· Implement procedures to reduce stock loss, damage, theft, and waste.
· Monitor merchandising, product displays, and overall store appearance.
· Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
