We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong precision assembly skills especially with small parts and components. You will utilize hand tools to assemble small to micro products efficiently and accurately.
This position requires:
- Excellent hand/eye coordination and dexterity handling "VERY SMALL" micro components. This will be repetitive assembly.
- May use microscopes and optical comparators
- Patience and attention to detail is also key for this position.
- 2:30 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in the training of new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
We need:
- 2 years of Assembly experience
- 2 years of experience using a microscope and optical comparator
- 2:30 PM to 11:15 PM
