- Performing full body waxing services in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring accountability for efficient, effective and high-quality services within defined waxing and sugaring service standards.
- Implementing customer service standards for all internal and external clients
- Exceeding client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
- Consulting with clients, exceeding client expectations, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services
- Creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests/clients
- Maintaining clean and sanitary environment standards in accordance with protocols
- Educating guests about services, post-treatment care and product offerings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support and protect our culture
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products
- Following safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions
- Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance an outstanding professional environment.
Role Scope and ComplexityThe Esthetician reports directly to salon management and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for adhering to all service provisions and sanitation standards. They are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal & external customers. Also accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program, building and retaining clients through social platforms, community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management.

- Must possess a valid Esthetician license in the state of employment (FL)
- Proficient in various waxing techniques, including body and facial services
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with clients effectively
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Current VALID State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
- A passion for waxing and the beauty industry, and educating clients on care solutions.
- Talent for upselling and cross-selling: Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.
- Time Management Skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Compensation: $15/hr (min wage FL) - $38.00 per hour
