Elevated Staging & Designs is seeking a detail-oriented, design-minded, and proactive Staging & Design Coordinator to support the execution of staging projects while also assisting with administrative and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, enjoys hands-on staging work, and can also support the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects running smoothly.
You will play a key role in bringing staging plans to life, ensuring homes are styled at a high level, while also supporting team operations, organization, and communication.

You are responsible for executing high-quality staging installations while supporting the systems, organization, and coordination that allow projects to run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Staging Execution & Design Support
- Assist with staging installations and breakdowns at properties
- Style spaces according to design plans and company standards
- Make real-time adjustments on-site to enhance flow, scale, and visual impact
- Ensure each home is presented at a high, consistent level of quality
- Support final walkthroughs and finishing touches prior to photography
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse systems
- Pull and prep inventory for upcoming stages
- Ensure accuracy of staging items and proper handling of inventory
- Support loading and unloading of furniture and décor
Project Coordination & Operational Support
- Assist with staging schedules, logistics, and preparation
- Help ensure all materials and items are ready for each stage
- Support communication between staging team and operations
- Identify gaps or needs in advance of staging days
Administrative Support
- Assist with organizing project details, notes, and staging plans
- Support internal communication and coordination across projects
- Help track inventory, staging usage, and project needs
Marketing & Content Support
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during staging days
- Assist with organizing photos and staging documentation
- Support social media and marketing initiatives as needed
Team Support & Special Projects
- Assist leadership and team members with evolving business needs
- Take on additional responsibilities as projects and priorities shift
- Contribute to improving systems, organization, and efficiency
