Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Stockton, CA is looking to hire an experienced Outside SalesService Representative to sell work truck bodies, equipment, and accessories; identify potential leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and provide customers with exceptional service and support. This full-time position will work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overnight trips as required.

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OUTSIDE SALESSERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This position is responsible for commercial truck equipment sales to dealers, end users, and municipalities, as well as acting as a mobile service technician for minor on-site repair and service.
General Responsibilities:

Complete scheduled/cold call prospecting activities.

Utilize the company's Customer Resource Management System (CRM) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Knapheide's Products, services, and pricing structure

Deliver quotes to customers as required

Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations
-
Acquire required documentation for new accounts
-
Ability to diagnose and fix minor repairs on Knapheide's product.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Attention to detail is a must.
- Mechanical background with the skill to diagnose mechanical problems, and the ability to correct those problems.
