Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Salon Concierge. In this role, you will serve as the Assistant to our Salon Concierge. This will be a split position with 2 days at our Cool Springs location and 2 days at our Downtown Franklin location, and alternating every Saturday between both.
Responsibilities
- Be direct support for Multi-Site Salon Concierges.
- Provide coverage as needed while Concierge's are out sick or on vacation.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to all daily expectations to ensure a positive environment and contribute to suite owner retention.
- Provide Linen/Laundry service ( washing, drying, folding and delivery) for our Salon Suite Owners through out the day, ensuring an ample supply of towels and linens for normal and extended business hours.
- Take responsibility of the cleanliness of the common areas and restrooms
- Stock supplies
- Assist with cleaning of vacant suites as needed to prepare them for leasing
- Provide excellent customer service to all Suite owners as well as their guests.

Experience
- Customer service background with proven ability to manage relations with professionalism and warmth
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Experience in Hospitality / Customer Service/ Assistant
