We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team serving the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. This position offers a variety of work environments, including residential homes, Airbnb turnovers, and commercial properties.
What We're Looking For
Physical Stamina
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to remain on their feet for up to 6 hours and comfortably lift at least 20 pounds.
Dependable & Punctual
We're looking for someone who shows up on time, ready to work, and takes pride in being reliable.
Detail-Oriented
You must be able to follow cleaning checklists and company procedures to consistently meet our high standards.
Independent & Collaborative
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties
Residential & Deep Cleaning
General house cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services.
Airbnb Turnovers
Cleaning, changing linens, staging properties, and restocking supplies according to detailed turnover checklists.
Commercial Cleaning
Maintaining professional office and business environments through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and restroom cleaning.
What We Offer

Varied Schedule
Part-time to start. Hours are scheduled based on client appointments and business needs and may vary from week to week. Most work is performed during daytime hours.
