Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport doors, windows, molding and custom cabinetry to customers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load trucks to protect materiel from damage
- Unload trucks at delivery sites in a safe and organized fashion
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is beneficial
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
