What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one tutoring in-home
- Personalize each session to the student's needs, pace, and goals
- Build confidence and strong study habits, not just better grades
- Keep simple session notes and communicate progress
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of your subject area(s)
- Patience, reliability, and genuine care for students
- Great communication with students and parents
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus (not required)
- Must pass a background check
- Bachelor’s degree
