Cline Insurance Agency has served the Hamilton, NJ area for nearly 20 years as a GEICO Exclusive Agency — one of the longest-tenured in the region. We've been recognized by GEICO as a top-performing agency multiple times, and our team reflects that same consistency: many of our agents and staff have been with us for 5, 10, even 15+ years.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a licensed, motivated insurance sales professional to join our Hamilton team. This is not an entry-level role — you'll be working with a high-performing sales team, handling inbound and outbound opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of a well-established agency.
- Sell and service GEICO auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline with a focus on quality
- Maintain the high customer experience standards that drive our 5-star reputation
- Collaborate with a tenured team in a professional, supportive environment.
WHAT WE NEED
- Active NJ Property & Casualty insurance producer license — OR — a commitment to obtain one within 60 days of a job offer
- Prior sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus in our market
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a competitive drive
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right — every time
Note: Candidates without a current license are welcome to apply, provided they meet all other qualifications and are prepared to obtain their NJ P&C license within 60 days of an offer being extended. We're investing in the right person — we expect the same commitment in return.
