Insurance Agent – P&C Sales | Base + Uncapped Commission | New Path Insurance Advisors | Miami, FL
Pay: $50,000 guaranteed per year, plus uncapped commission.
Realistic first-year total: $50,000 to $90,000. Top producers surpass $100,000 as renewals stack.
New Path Insurance Advisors is a boutique, family owned agency in Miami. We write homeowners, auto, and commercial with the same major carriers you would find at a big agency, without the corporate layers. You will work directly with the principal agent, not a hired trainer. If you want real mentorship and a real path to building your own book, this is the seat.
How the pay works:
- You are guaranteed $50,000 a year, paid biweekly, no matter what you sell. Your paycheck is never reduced.
- Commissions are credited against that guarantee. Once your production covers it, everything above it is yours. No cap.
- You earn up to 60% of agency commission on new business you bring in yourself, and you keep getting paid on renewals, rewrites, and reinstatements for as long as the client stays.
- We can assign you clients to get started. Your biggest checks will come from the business you bring in.
The part almost nobody offers:
You build a vested interest in the book of business you originate. Stay and grow it, and it becomes more than a paycheck: if you ever leave on good terms, the agency buys out your interest and you get paid for the book you built. Ask about it in the interview. We put it in writing.
What you will do:
- Bring in new clients and service their policies: homeowners, auto, and commercial
- Quote, close, and manage renewals for your own book and for assigned accounts
- Work directly with the principal on strategy, carriers, and tough risks

What we are looking for:
- Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- At least 1 year of insurance sales experience, preferred
- Homeowners, auto, and/or commercial experience preferred
- You can close. This is a production seat, not a service desk.

Full time, in office at Miami, FL 33155. Hybrid schedule during the training period only.
