Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Analyst to join our team and drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business intelligence, sales analytics, and data visualization tools to support organizational goals, optimize operations, and enhance overall performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business strategies by transforming complex data into actionable insights that foster growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel (including VLOOKUP functions), and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision making across departments.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud and other sales management systems to track sales activities, forecast trends, and generate comprehensive sales analytics reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and implement process improvements that streamline operations.
- Interpret business data to support strategic planning, including sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance benchmarking.
- Create detailed business analysis documentation using Visio or similar diagramming tools to visualize workflows and system integrations.
- Support the development of business intelligence reports that enhance visibility into sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in data interpretation, quantitative analysis, and the use of business intelligence/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques including VLOOKUP functions, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM platforms for sales management and customer relationship tracking.
- Familiarity with SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets from databases.
- Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and visualizations that facilitate clear communication of complex data insights.
- Knowledge of sales analytics & reporting tools combined with a solid understanding of business analysis principles.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams across departments on project initiatives.
- Experience in process improvement projects within a fast-paced environment focused on sales or operational efficiency.
