Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own box truck on local, regional, and OTR routes
- Complete freight deliveries while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely load and unload freight while protecting cargo integrity
- Use GPS and routing technology to ensure efficient deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
Requirements
- Must own and operate your own box truck
- Minimum $100,000 Cargo Insurance
- Minimum $1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance
- Valid driver’s license and required operating credentials
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
- Ability to manage routes independently and communicate effectively
