Residential and Commercial - Experienced Sales Consultant
$65,000 base salary with 3% commission and bonus opportunities.
We are looking for someone who understands plant materials, can estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs, and is confident selling project-based projects.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Schedule and run sales appointments with commercial and residential prospects
- Estimate landscape projects including mulch, installs, patios, and retaining walls
- Sell and manage commercial maintenance contracts
- Maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline inside the CRM
- Follow up quickly and consistently with every prospect
- Hand off closed jobs to operations with complete details so execution is seamless
Job Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial landscaping
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability and comfort in driving a truck, including during winter conditions for snow removal
- Documented success in landscaping sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology
- Must live within a 20-mile commute of Greenwood, IN
