What You'll Be Doing (Your Role as the Boss)
As the Shift leader, you are the driving force behind a successful shift. This is where you shine as a leader, ensuring your team delivers a fantastic experience, every time. You will be responsible for everything that happens on your watch, including:
- Setting the Example: Following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and coaching your crew to do the same.
- Team Leadership: Staffing, scheduling, and fostering a positive, enthusiastic work environment.
- Store Excellence: Maintaining a perfect image, ensuring store cleanliness, and delivering great customer service.
- Business Savvy: Mastering cost controls (food and labor), cash handling, paperwork, and driving profitability.

Qualifications & Qualities:
- A Natural Leader with a commanding-yet-positive presence.
- Customer Service Oriented with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Enjoys working with a team and motivating others.
- Pizza Experience is preferred, but we can teach you the ropes!
- Must pass a standard Background Check.
