Allen Bontrager Carpentry is growing. We are in need to hire one or two experienced installers to help us sustain our current rate of growth. This is a field crew position with opportunity for advancement to Crew Leader with training and qualifications. Experience for this position is required. We have a full training and certification program for advancement.
Compensation
$22.00 - $35.00 per hour plus overtime and bonuses: Starting pay for installers will depend on experience level.
$40+ per hour plus performance incentives, overtime, and bonuses: Crew leaders and technicians with higher levels of experience and tenure. Company truck provided for crew leaders.
Requirements

Required Experience and Skills
✅Vinyl or metal siding installation experience (for siding crew)
✅Roofing experience, especially metal roofing (for roofing crew)
✅Construction experience, especially exterior improvements
✅Hand tools and power tools, including measuring
