Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
- Enhancing each guests’ experience and exceeding their expectations
- Training incoming crew members and continuous training with current crew members
- Supervise all FOH and BOH operations
- Build and maintain positive work relationships among crew members
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Perform daily administrative activities
- Follow all safety and maintenance procedures
- Assist in the direct supervision of 15-30 employees
- Assist with increasing sales by providing outstanding product and service
- Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training
- Varied schedule - work lunch, dinner and weekends
- Ensure a clean, organized restaurant, prepared to deliver quality food and Encore service.
- Have a good working knowledge of all equipment; assist in preventive maintenance of units
- Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
