Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tennis Coach to conduct private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-energy sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach private and group tennis lessons for adults and/or juniors (After-School programs).
- Plan and execute structured, energetic, and safe training sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and positive encouragement to players.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and academy management.
- Ensure punctual arrival at designated court locations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of tennis coaching experience (preferred).
- Professional certification is a strong plus
- (USPTA, PTR, or international equivalent like FFT).
- High-level playing experience (College tennis or competitive junior/adult circuit).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to court locations.
- Legal requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen,
Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or hold a valid U.S. work authorization.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours (10 to 20 hours per week to start).
- Primary shifts: Weekday afternoons/evenings
- (After-School hours) and weekend mornings.
