South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, an award-winning winery, luxury resort, and premier hospitality destination in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Restaurant Host to join our Vineyard Rose Restaurant team.
As the first and last impression of our restaurant, the Host plays a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless seating and service flow.
Essential Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant reservation system.

Escort guests to tables and provide menus.

Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.

Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding guest needs and table status.

Answer restaurant phone calls and assist guests with inquiries.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area.

Assist with special events, large parties, and guest accommodations.

Provide exceptional service consistent with South Coast Winery Resort & Spa standards.

Qualifications
Previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
