Dr. Michael Ruscio — doctor, clinical researcher, and author — produces a steady stream of high-quality YouTube content on evidence-based gut health and functional medicine. That library is our flagship asset. Your mission: extend its reach across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, and Pinterest, and grow those channels through disciplined, analytics-driven iteration.
This is a builder-and-optimizer role, not a passive posting role. You'll take what already works, adapt it intelligently for each platform, test relentlessly, and compound growth over time.
What you'll do
- Curate and repurpose — turn the strongest YouTube moments into platform-native Reels, TikToks, posts, and Pins (you'll edit short-form clips; our YouTube editors support advanced edits)
- Test creative deliberately — hooks, formats, captions, covers, posting times, and content series, learning what drives growth on each platform
- Iterate from analytics — this is the heart of the role: a repeatable loop of curate → test → measure → adjust → scale
- Own channel growth — set and pursue meaningful targets per channel, tracked against clear KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves/shares)
- Grow the email list — convert followers into subscribers via ManyChat and our free guides
- Report with clarity — keep leadership informed and confident without needing to be in the weeds
Expected output: 3–4 excellent, well-adapted pieces per week plus daily story activity — quality over volume. A comments moderator handles replies; you guide their efforts.
Who you are
- 4+ years managing social channels with metric-backed proof you grew them — ideally in wellness, healthcare, or the creator space
- Strong short-form video instincts and editing chops (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Genuinely data-driven — you live in analytics and enjoy it
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote, flexible-hours environment
- Energized by a science-backed health education mission
