Art-Kraft Sign Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator with experience using V-Carve Pro and EnRoute software to join our production team. This role is responsible for preparing files and operating CNC routing equipment to fabricate high-quality signage components with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router machines to cut, shape, and fabricate signage materials
- Prepare and tool files using V-Carve Pro and EnRoute software
- Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and production files
- Set up materials, tooling, feeds, and speeds for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished products for precision and adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience operating CNC routers in a production environment
- Experience with V-Carve Pro and EnRoute strongly preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and files
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for file handling and machine operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production schedules
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in the sign or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of materials such as acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and composites
- Experience with toolpath optimization and file nesting
