We are a San Francisco based Property Management company searching for an Assistant Property Manager to assist our Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of buildings in San Francisco.
Basic Functions:
Responsible for building level performance of the Properties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good tenant relations by prompt and complete response to tenant requests and inquiries including correspondence on matters relating to all properties.
- Handle move-in/move-out functions are detailed in Standard Operating Procedures.
- Oversee turnover work including painting, repairs, final cleaning, floor plans and photos, and lock change. Manage time to completion to meet reporting goals set by Asset Manager.
- Assists the Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
- Understand and ensure compliance with all governing regulations, codes, and laws as well as other state and local authorities.
- Coordinates access for Leasing Team for showings.
- Administer day-to-day implementation of a standard operating procedural manual.
- Maintain records in a timely and organized manner.
- Attend and pass advanced educational courses and seminars as well as participate in local professional related activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Complete Basecamp tasks according to deadlines.
- Embrace Kaizen.
Requirements
- Must have your own vehicle and a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
- Willingness to Obtain Real Estate License
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property upkeep and presentation.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to properties.
- Knowledge of local and state housing laws and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
