A. Position: Customer Service Specialist

B. Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide professional ticketing and service support to corporate clients and key agents via phone and email
- Accurately identify customer needs and flag business opportunities to the sales team
- Prepare regular service and campaign performance reports and dashboards
- Support marketing campaigns and service quality initiatives
C. Job Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, ongoing basis, without requiring employer sponsorship or immigration support now or in the future.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus
- Prior customer service, sales support, or marketing experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
