Clinical Dietitian (Part-Time)

Schedule: Part-Time

16 hours per week, can be flexible!
Compensation: Dependent upon experience
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
:-
Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and develop individualized nutrition care plans to support their health and well-being.

Monitor residents with nutritional risks, such as unintended weight loss, pressure injuries, dehydration, or other medical concerns, and recommend appropriate dietary interventions.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition services and participate in care plan meetings.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.

Support Dining Services by reviewing menus, monitoring meal quality and therapeutic diets, educating staff on modified diets, and helping maintain nutrition policies and procedures.

Supervise Diet Office operations, including scheduling and communication, while participating in inspections, required meetings, and other department initiatives as needed.
Position Requirements:-
Must be a Pennsylvania Registered Dietitian (RD)

Previous geriatric clinical knowledge

Experience in Skilled or Long-Term Care
