LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time OT to provide individualized therapy services within a supportive skilled nursing rehab department.
What You'll Do:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments focused on daily function and independence

Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Supervise COTAs and support clinical outcomes

Complete timely and accurate documentation
