What You’ll Do:
-
Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
-
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
-
Prepare, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards
-
Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
-
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
-
Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
-
Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
-
Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
-
Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
-
Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment
-
Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Display a professional, positive attitude at all times

Adhere to dress code and appearance standards

Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
