Job Description
Crossroads Environmental, LLC is seeking experienced environmental professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments, asbestos inspections, and other environmental consulting services.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to providing high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments.
- Conduct asbestos inspections for commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential properties.
- Collect bulk, dust, soil, and air samples as required.
- Prepare accurate field notes, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Travel to project sites throughout South Carolina and neighboring states.
- Follow all applicable EPA, OSHA, HUD, AHERA, and state regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA and NC Certified Lead Inspector
- EPA and NC Certified Lead Risk Assessor
- South Carolina Licensed Asbestos Inspector (NC a plus)
- Additional certifications (Project Designer, Management Planner, Air Monitor, Supervisor, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong technical writing and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, and other construction environments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
