Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or PRN
Multiple Locations throughout Valley (Phoenix, AZ/Mesa, AZ )
$34–$38/hour | Salary Option Available
For Our Independence (FOI) Physical Therapy is hiring a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team.
We provide outpatient therapy in our Mesa gym and on-site services in Assisted Living communities across the East Valley. Our mission is to help people move better, reduce pain, and maintain independence at every stage of life.

Responsibilities
- Provide PTA services under PT supervision
- Implement treatment plans and document visits
- Deliver care in outpatient and ALF settings
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Communicate patient progress with supervising PT
Qualifications
- Active Arizona PTA license (Required)
- Experience with older adults preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation (East Valley travel required)
- Passion for helping patients maintain independence
