About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and precision of manufactured components. You will utilize your expertise in blueprint reading and technical inspection to verify that all parts meet rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the reliability of our final products.
Responsibilities-
Execute detailed inspections of components and materials, ensuring full compliance with technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.

Perform critical evaluations of material characteristics, including surface finish, hardness testing, and penetrant inspections.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of vendor documentation to ensure seamless supply chain compliance.

Document inspection results and maintain comprehensive quality records to support traceability and process improvement.

Manage the final release of hardware, confirming that all items are cleaned, packaged, and documented according to strict quality protocols.

Proactively identify and report nonconforming conditions, initiating corrective documentation to maintain high production standards.

Maintain a highly organized and safe workspace to facilitate efficient inspection workflows.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply precise dimensional inspection techniques.

U.S. Citizenship required to meet Department of Defense (DoD) compliance standards.

Ability to obtain and maintain necessary DoD security clearances.

Completion of a formal machine shop or quality inspection apprenticeship program.

Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing or industrial quality environment.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical data accuracy and procedural adherence.
