Job Overview
Advantage Personal Training is a growing fitness community looking for a new Personal Trainer who will also fill the Head Coach role to create effective programming and excellent training experience for all our members.
Founded in 2012, Advantage Strength and Conditioning opened to serve the training needs of youth athletes and teams. As the youth business grew, so did the demand for quality adult training. Over the last 14 years, we have expanded twice, moved from our original location to the current space in Ann Arbor, and expanded again to include an upscale small group training studio to accommodate our growing adult membership. In August we are opening a second location in Chelsea, MI.
We're looking for a fun, friendly, organized and professional team member to join our coaching staff and take over the Head Coach position. To be considered for the role, the candidate should share the same values as the Advantage Team.
1. Strive for change- we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our skills, abilities, education and performance.
2. Be a pro- we are dependable, organized, helpful and can be counted on to perform our roles well and on time.
3. Have fun- we take our work seriously, but don't take ourselves too seriously. Have the ability to laugh with the team, and be fun and energetic with the members.
4. Be a Great Teammate- we perform our role exceptionally well, help each other out when needed, communicate well and take initiative to do things the right way.
