Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC programming experience, including operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes (2-axis through 5-axis) Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, EdgeCam, or equivalent) for toolpath generation and CNC programming Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent CAD software for reading and interpreting 3D models and engineering drawings Solid understanding of machining principles, GD&T, and shop safety practices
