Salary: $49,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience)

As a Route Sales Driver, you'll deliver and merchandise some of the most recognized beverage brands while building strong relationships with our customers. Every day brings a new route, new interactions, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Current Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain one through our paid CDL training program)

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card

Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 pounds or more on a repetitive basis

Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours per day

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer accounts

Merchandise products to company standards

Secure and wrap loads before leaving the facility and after each delivery

Collect payments and obtain customer signatures when required

Complete delivery receipts, deposits, and daily paperwork accurately

Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Pepsi MidAmerica professionally

Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned
