A leading client of ours is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM/ITOM Architect / Practice Lead for a 12 months+ contract that may well extend in the USA or Canada. This will be a 30 hours+ per week contract working PST hours and will be remote working with travel 1/2 a month.

Experience running ITOM practice
ServiceNow certified - CSA, CAD, CIS ITOM (2 CIS certs minimum), CTA
The role is to lead the ITOM practice for CSDM, CMDB, configuration management process understanding, work with the customer, data integrity, governance, data modeling, discovery integration, CMDB promotion, matrix management and proactive leadership.
