An ideal candidate will possess a CDL Class B with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsements. If hired, you'll drive a large variety of vehicles, including shuttles, trolleys, limo buses, limousines, and motorcoaches. We are seeking candidates with exceptional attention to Safety and detail, a genuine desire to provide excellent service, and the availability to drive day trips, out-of-town overnight trips, and multi-day trips. Folks with lesser availability/licenses should still apply. Applicants should be clean-cut, well-groomed, and well-kept.
If accepted, your schedule will vary depending on the trips available each day. Some examples of events you may drive are: Cedar Point trips, Casino trips, brewery and winery tours, bachelor/ette parties, high school and college sports team transportation, weddings, scheduled shuttle service, and corporate events. Rarely are two trips the same, and you'll be paid to travel all over the country! When applicable, you'll need to help our customers with their luggage or equipment as it is loaded and unloaded from the vehicle(s), which may weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Pay rate depends on the vehicle's passenger capacity and the driver's status. We have part-time and full-time salary positions available. You will receive 100% of any gratuity the customer gives to the driver. Our drivers average $25- $35/hour, with gratuities included. and our full-time salary drivers range from $20 to $24/hr, plus gratuities and benefits.
- Part-time: Family first company & culture, we are responsive to issues with 24-hour dispatch, paid training, per-diem on multiday trips, hourly rate ranging from $16-$22/hr depending on license type (chauffeurs vs CDL) and size of vehicle driver, as well as additional gratuities averaging $5-$10/hr or more. Flexible schedule with no blackout dates and no forced dispatch.
- Full-time salary, Gold Level(34-hour weekly average): Family-first company & culture; we are responsive to issues with 24-hour dispatch, paid training, and per diem on multiday trips. Priority scheduling over part-time drivers, direct deposit, company credit card for emergencies, parking, and on-road expenses. Paid DOT physical, 401K with matching. PTO/ESTA time provided. Competitive pay based on $20/hr, 34 hours per week, plus gratuities($5-$10/hr average). $2/hr incentive pay on full-sized motorcoach, $20/hr bonus given for any hours worked over 1768 at the end of the year. Safety bonus program, double time for working on qualifying holidays, $150/month cash-in-lieu of health insurance. After 10 years, an all-expense paid vacation (up to $3,000) plus an additional 5 PTO days to use for that vacation.
- Full-time salary, Platinum Level(40-50 hours weekly average): Family-first company & culture; we are responsive to issues with 24-hour dispatch, paid training, and per diem on multiday trips. Priority scheduling over gold drivers, direct deposit, company credit card for emergencies, parking, and on-road expenses. Paid DOT physical, 401K with matching. PTO/ESTA time provided. Competitive pay based on $22/hr, 40-50 hours per week(based on designation) plus gratuities($5-$10/hr average). $22/hr bonus given for any hours worked over 2080-2600(based on designation) at the end of the year. Safety bonus program, double time for working on qualifying holidays, $200/month cash-in-lieu of health insurance. After 10 years, an all-expense paid vacation (up to $5,000) plus an additional 5 PTO days to use for that vacation.
All potential candidates must complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Upon completion of onboarding, all drivers will be enrolled in a random/post accident drug and alcohol testing program.
All drivers will receive training on company policies and procedures, vehicle operation, service standards, and are required to participate in ongoing, recurring training.
Drivers must have access to a personal smartphone and be proficient with standard smartphone applications. Drivers should be highly familiar with West Michigan roads and freeways and must be able to effectively plan and complete out-of-town travel, including driving in unfamiliar areas when required.
All drivers are subject to a thorough background screening, including review of the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), sex offender registry, and criminal history. Drivers must also maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
What You’ll Do:
- Safely and professionally transport passengers in company vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and groups
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, CSA, and company rules/policies, including Passenger-Carrying Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
- Perform required vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
- Support local day trips and, when available, overnight and multi-day trips
Vehicles & Trip Types
Drivers may operate a variety of vehicles, including:
- Shuttles, trolleys, limo buses, limousines, SUVs, and motorcoaches
- Trip assignments may include:
- Sports team transportation, corporate events, weddings, tours, casino trips, and other charters

Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history preferred
- CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred
- Air Brakes endorsement preferred
- Chauffeur’s license

- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Professional appearance and communication
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using standard apps (dispatch/navigation)

Screening & Compliance
All candidates must be able to complete:
