Our client is expanding and seeking experienced CNC Machinists for multiple openings across a variety of shifts. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment in a precision manufacturing environment and are committed to quality and safety, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform tooling setups, offsets, and program adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards.
- Complete production documentation and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Experience operating and setting up 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Experience with manual machining equipment and Smart Machine controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, shop math skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Preferred
- Technical or trade school certification.
- Knowledge of GD&T and G-Code/M-Code.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
