Protein Solutions is an employee-centered company that exists to create value with our pet food partners by providing quality ingredients and supply chain solutions. Plant operations are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This position is Hourly, Non-Exempt and will work roughly 30 hours per week Monday-Thursday is flexible starting at 8am, Friday is 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some could be needed on rare occasions for inventory purposes but will be scheduled in advance. The Receptionist position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative side of plant operations.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Answer phones and direct calls as needed and greet visitors at front office.

Responsible for collecting receipts, applying General ledger account numbers and balancing of company credit cards.

Ordering general office supplies.

Scan and email company documents.

Prepare for meetings and training rooms, as needed.

Sort and distribute mail.

Prepare outgoing mail for pick-up.

Maintain Visitor Log.

Provide excellent customer service.

Keep reception and lobby area organized and tidy.

Conduct daily tasks of inventory control.

Serve as a backup for plant Administrative Assistant.
