At Leeann Chin, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive team where quality, teamwork, and positive energy matter. With flexible hours and most locations closing by 9 PM, this is a great opportunity to build your kitchen skills without the late nights.
What You’ll Do
As a Cook, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing delicious food with care, speed, and attention to quality.
· Prepare menu favorites, including entrees, appetizers, and signature dishes.
· Follow Leeann Chin recipes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
· Prep, portion, and stock ingredients so your station is ready for the rush.
· Take pride in food quality and make sure every dish is guest-ready.
· Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe by following food safety procedures.
· Work with your team to keep service smooth during busy shifts.
· Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and sanitizing kitchen stations and equipment.

We’re Looking For People Who Are
· At least 16 years old.
· Reliable, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team.
· Positive, motivated, and willing to learn.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
· Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stay active during the shift.
· Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu ingredients.
· Committed to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe.
· Experienced in cooking or food service is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
